This Agreement is between you, the subscriber, and Internet Mastery, LLC., a corporation based in, Florida. The Agreement governs your subscription and use of Internet Mastery’s services, which includes its website, mobile applications, and any other sites hosted by service providers on Internet Mastery’s behalf including "Prep from Home".

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. BY USING THE SERVICE AND THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE OR SITE.

Service and Website.  "Prep From Home", referred to as the "Service," "we," or "us," offers educational services for merchants selling on Amazon and is owned and operated by Internet Mastery, LLC, a Florida corporation. Internet Mastery’s services include a cloud-based solution for online retailers to manage their shipping and prep. Under the terms of this Agreement, Internet Mastery provides a 7-day free trial of the Prep From Home Software, followed by a choice of monthly or annual subscription options.​ A subscription to Prep From Home does not include additional software applications or services available in the Internet Mastery Community suite of software applications.

Customer.  As a customer of the Service, or as a representative of a customer entity, you are considered a "Member" under this agreement, referred to as "you." You confirm that you possess the full power, capacity, and authority to accept these Terms, either on your own behalf or as an authorized representative of your employer.​

Subscription. Subject to the payment of Subscription Fees and the terms of this Agreement, Internet Mastery grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable subscription to the Prep from Home Services for the Trial Period and Subscription Term. Your free trial begins on the Effective Date and lasts for 7 days. After the Trial Period, your access will end unless you enroll in either a monthly or annual subscription. The trial period and subscription term are referred to as the Term. Annual subscriptions come with a discount compared to monthly subscriptions of the same duration. Both monthly and annual subscriptions can be terminated according to Section 5. If an annual subscription is terminated early, pro-rated refunds will be given without the discount.

Covenants, Representations, and Warranties. By using the Internet Mastery’s Prep from Home services, you agree to limit access to only your employees and contractors under your direct control, and not share, sublease, or transfer access to third parties. You also represent and warrant that you will not use the Prep from Home’s services in violation of any laws, infringe third-party rights, or make false representations. During the Term, you agree to: (a) cooperate with Internet Mastery and provide access to information as needed; (b) comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding your use of the Internet Mastery’s services; (c) fulfill your responsibilities outlined in this Agreement efficiently; and (d) obtain and keep up-to-date all necessary licenses, consents, and permissions for Internet Mastery to fulfill its obligations.

Subscription Fees. In return for access to the Internet Mastery's Prep from Home Services during the Subscription Term, you agree to pay the following:​

Billing, Cancelation and Termination. Internet Mastery may offer the Service through a variety of billing methods, which include, but are not limited to, one-time subscriptions, monthly recurring subscriptions, and annual recurring subscriptions (“Subscription”). Internet Mastery will bill you on the date you subscribe to the Service (“Subscription Date”) and will continue to bill you in accordance with your selected Subscription until you cancel the Service. You must cancel your Subscription at least one day prior to the next billing date to avoid a Subscription renewal. Fees will be billed to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the Subscription Date. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your Effective Date began on a day not contained in a given month.​

Change to the Price and Subscription. We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Service at any time, solely at our discretion. Any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect after we notify you, unless otherwise stated in these Terms.​

Intellectual Property. You agree that Internet Mastery holds all the intellectual property rights for the Internet Mastery’s Prep from Home services. This Agreement does not provide you with any patents, copyrights, database rights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (registered or unregistered), or any other rights or licenses related to Internet Mastery’s services. You also agree that you will not: (a) Copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute any part of Internet Mastery’s services in any form or media. (b) Reverse compile, disassemble, emulate, reverse engineer or otherwise convert any part of Internet Mastery’s services into a human-perceivable form. (c) Access any part of Internet Mastery’s services to build a competing product or service.​

Disclaimer of All Warranties. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE INTERNET MASTERY SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE INTERNET MASTERY SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." INTERNET MASTERY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. INTERNET MASTERY DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION IN THE PREP FROM HOME SERVICES. INTERNET MASTERY WILL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, INTERRUPTIONS, OR INACCURACIES OF ANY INFORMATION IN THE INVENTORYLAB SERVICES, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION IN THE INVENTORYLAB SERVICES, (III) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR SIMILAR ITEMS TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE INTERNET MASTERY SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, OR (IV) ANY INTERRUPTIONS TO THE INVENTORYLAB SERVICES OR THE NETWORK OR ANY TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK. INVENTORYLAB DOES NOT ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INFORMATION IN THE INTERNET MASTERY SERVICES.

​Limitation of Liability. INTERNET MASTERY, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, LOST PROFITS, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICE. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY JUNGLE SCOUT WILL BE HELD TO IS THE AMOUNT PAID TO US IN THE MONTH PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

​Indemnification for Breach of Terms Use. You agree to protect Internet Mastery and its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including attorney fees) that may be imposed on them by a third party as a result of, or in connection with, your use of the Service or Website.​

Security, Storage & Retention. We take the protection and privacy of your data very seriously and make every effort to secure it. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your personal information. However, despite our best efforts, transmitting information over the internet carries inherent risks and we cannot offer a 100% guarantee of the security of your data.

​International Users. Internet Mastery services are managed and operated by us within the United States and no representation is made that they are accessible or can be used from outside the US. Accessing or using the Services from outside the US remains governed by this Agreement and you agree not to access or use information or materials on the Services in violation of US export laws, or any laws or regulations of the country from which you are accessing the Services​

Assignment. Internet Mastery reserves the right to reassign, transfer, charge, subcontract, or handle in any manner its rights and obligations under this agreement at any time. Without Internet Mastery’s prior written consent, you may not reassign, transfer, charge, delegate, subcontract, or handle in any manner your rights and obligations under this agreement.​

Miscellaneous. The entire agreement between You and Internet Mastery regarding Your use of the Services is contained in this Agreement and replaces all previous agreements on the subject. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Kansas, disregarding its principles of conflict of laws. You agree to voluntarily submit to the jurisdiction of the Florida courts for any legal proceedings related to this Agreement, waiving any objections to jurisdiction, forum, and venue. Any claims by You must be brought within one year of when the claim arises. If a court declares any provision of this Agreement illegal, unenforceable, or void, the rest of the Agreement will remain in full effect.  Internet Mastery is entitled to specific performance and other equitable remedies for any breach of this Agreement, in addition to other remedies available at law or in equity, without the need for posting bonds. Any amendment or waiver of a term in this Agreement will not be binding on Internet Mastery unless it is made in writing, explicitly stating that it is a waiver or amendment, and signed by an authorized agent of Internet Mastery.

​Entire Agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you have agreed to, constitute(s) the entire agreement with respect to its subject matter and constitutes and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties, written or oral.
